Offering personalized nutrition and psychotherapy services that will help you heal your relationship with food and recover from an eating disorder.

The Intuitive Eating Center of Ohio was born out of a deep passion for helping people find peace with food and their bodies.
Founded by Kristen Murray in 2018, this center is a safe, welcoming space where individuals of all sizes, ages, races, gender identities, and abilities can explore their relationship with food without judgment.
Kristen, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, created the center after years of experience in hospital settings and as a nutrition instructor. She saw firsthand the struggles people faced with dieting and body image and wanted to offer a different path—one that was compassionate, personalized, and free from the pressures of diet culture.
At the Intuitive Eating Center, our focus is on helping clients become confident and happy eaters. Whether you’re dealing with an eating disorder, chronic dieting, PCOS, or just want a better relationship with food, Kristen and our team are here to support you.
We believe in a flexible, intuitive approach to health that feels right for each individual.
At The Intuitive Eating Center of Ohio, our mission is to provide access to a safe, supportive space where individuals can explore and heal their relationship with food and their bodies in a uniquely individualized way.
We are committed to empowering our clients to become confident, competent eaters who feel in control of their food choices and overall well-being.

Hi, I'm Kristen!
I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and founder of The Intuitive Eating Center of Ohio.
I opened The Intuitive Eating Center in 2018 to bring weight-inclusive and non-diet care to Ohio. Our priority is to create a safe, welcoming space for individuals of all sizes, ages, races, gender identities and abilities to support healing.
I support my clients in finding a more peaceful and flexible approach to health and nutrition that feels unique and authentic to them. I specialize in Health at Every Size® and Intuitive Eating medical nutrition therapy.
I have specific interests in supporting the healing work of those in midlife and beyond, with Binge Eating Disorder, a history of chronic dieting, and poor body image.
It’s an honor to walk alongside you as you explore what healing and trust can look like for you.
I earned my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Cleveland State University and my master’s degree in Nutrition from the University of Akron. Early in my career, I worked in a hospital setting specializing in oncology and surgical nutrition, and later served as an adjunct nutrition instructor at Cleveland State University.
I’m currently a member of The State Medical Board of Ohio Dietetics Advisory Council, where I contribute to the advancement and oversight of dietetics practice in our state.

Hi, I’m Julie!

By listening to my client’s histories, challenges and experiences, I help them find a peaceful relationship with food, body, movement and self-care. Practicing from a HAES®, weight-inclusive, intuitive eating lens, allows my clients to feel empowered in the process of appreciating and listening to their body’s needs.
I also specialize in helping clients with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), in navigating the constant influx of information for intolerance testing and dietary recommendations.
I welcome individuals of all ages, sizes, races, gender identities and abilities.
I’m beyond excited to be a part of the Intuitive Eating Center team, and support your journey in rediscovering your intuitive relationship with food and body, allowing you to begin living your life more fully.
I’ve been practicing nutrition therapy for over a decade. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Dayton and my master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Pittsburgh.

My background in yoga continues to inform my work, especially in helping clients reconnect with and respect their bodies as part of the healing process.
Hi, I’m Erick!

I’m here to support you in finding a sustainable, compassionate path forward.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Master of Science in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Kentucky, and completed my dietetic internship at Western Kentucky University.
My clinical experience includes working as a dietitian at Eating Recovery Center of Ohio, where I supported individuals and families at the PHP and IOP levels of care. Hi, I’m Lindsey!
I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who is fiercely passionate about supporting whole-person health and wellbeing. I practice from a weight-inclusive, non-diet, and socially conscious framework, working with individuals across a range of mental health and medical experiences.
Grounded in Health at Every Size® (HAES®) and Intuitive Eating, my work centers on helping you reconnect with your body’s wisdom while making nutrition feel practical and accessible in everyday life. Together, we focus on building self-trust, healing your relationship with food and body, and creating space for a more meaningful and authentic life.
I earned my undergraduate degree in Human Nutrition from The Ohio State University and began my career as a clinical dietitian in a Level 1 trauma center, where I gained experience working with critically ill patients. I also supported the development of a nutrition home-care program, which broadened my perspective on patient care across settings.
These experiences deepened my awareness of gaps and inequities within the healthcare system and led me to pursue a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration. During that time, I transitioned into the field of eating disorder treatment, where I found a renewed sense of purpose.
I went on to work at the Lindner Center of Hope in partnership with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, supporting adolescents and adults across inpatient, partial hospitalization (PHP), and outpatient levels of care. This work continues to shape my commitment to more compassionate, inclusive approaches to care.
Hi, I’m Anne!
I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who has been working with individuals struggling with disordered eating, eating disorders, and emotional eating for over fifteen years.
I practice with a weight inclusive philosophy and strive to heal the client’s relationship with food and body.
I use my knowledge of nutrition science, evidence-based research, and experience of treating eating disorders to provide individualized, compassionate care to every client.
I’ve had the opportunity to work across all levels of care in eating disorder treatment, which has helped me develop a deep understanding of how to support clients at different stages of recovery. My experience includes residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient settings, where I’ve worked closely with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive, collaborative care.
I began my career in Illinois, where I completed my education and worked in a residential treatment setting, receiving extensive hands-on training. I later continued my work in Boston with The Renfrew Center and in outpatient practice before relocating to Ohio in 2020.
These experiences continue to inform my commitment to creating a safe, inclusive space where all individuals feel seen, respected, and supported.
